Meet Bridget Way

Bridget Way is a Certified Public Accountant, entrepreneur, and small business advisor based in the mountains of Colorado. For nearly two decades, she has worked alongside small business owners, helping them bring clarity to their finances, strengthen their systems, and make more confident decisions.

As the author of Upskill or Out: AI, Small Business, and the New American Dream, Bridget writes from firsthand experience as a CPA who has lived through the pressure of tax seasons, messy books, reactive workflows, and the constant pull between serving clients well and protecting time for family and life outside of work.

Her message is simple: AI is not here to replace the human side of business. Used wisely, it can restore it.

When she is not working with clients or sharing her message, Bridget is happiest outdoors biking, hiking, skiing, dirt biking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
